Requirements:

• a Serious passion for food
• A believe that "early is on time" "On Time is Late:" and we all know what late will get you!
• Some experience working in a "From Scratch" kitchen 
• The capacity to do high volume cooking, quickly and accurately.
• A friendly demeanor

Preferred:

• 1-2 years experience in a full service restaurant
• Formal culinary education
• Clean driver's record
• Good knife skills
• Creative culinary ideas
